Problem with the acceptance of the ISIC card in public transport while buying a public transport coupon

In recent days, difficulties have been encountered in purchasing public transport coupons using an ISIC card at DPP outlets. For easy and quick purchase of discount ticket in Prague, we recommend to always use web PID Lítačka or App Lítačka mobile application.
Then you can be sure that no matter which school you have ISIC from, the student discount will always be recognized. Buying it in an online shop also saves time in queues and whenever you can simply prolong your time tickets.
You can also download the purchased coupon to your credit card (VISA / MasterCard) or Czech Railways In-Karta card. You only need to enter your ISIC once at registration and you do not care about anything anymore.
The ISIC card is accepted in Prague public transport always for the duration of the school / academic year,
but only in the period 09 / 20xx till 10 / 20xx + 1.
